  • Pay agreed fees on time as per your service agreement

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are agreed upon before commencement of services
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by Australian law or the ATO.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime Solution Advisory will not be liable for:

  • Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Delays caused by ATO systems or third-party platforms
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services
